Alcovy Fence Warranty Information
Workmanship
Full lifetime warranty on the installation of the fence. We will correct any errors in workmanship for the life of the fence from the date of final installation.
Wood Fence
Fence boards, posts and rails will weather over time. These cosmetic changes that appear to the products are normal and will not affect the structure or stability of the fence. Excluded from this warranty is vandalism, vehicular damage, storm damage, swinging on the gate and normal wear and tear. Wood fence components, when exposed to the elements are subject to immediate warping, shrinkage, cracking etc.. No warranty is offered or implied against these conditions.
All Other Fence Material
Alcovy Fence will administer all other manufacturers warranties.
Gates
Gates require regular maintenance to remain functional. We will adjust the gate(s) that we have installed at no charge up to twice within the first year, providing there is no evidence of misuse or abuse.
